This package is the perfect option for the bride & groom who have their wedding planning completed and are ready to walk down the aisle and start their new life together, but needs someone to ensure that the day runs smoothly and without a hitch (no pun intended!) so that they can relax and enjoy the magic of being bride and groom.   This package includes:

• Up to 10 hours of day-of coverage

​

• Wedding consultation – preferably within 6 weeks prior to the wedding date, to discuss wedding day logistics, timeline, vendor contacts, and venue set up.  Also includes unlimited E-mail communications.

• Create wedding day timeline

​

• Contact all vendors to review contract details and wedding day arrival time, preferably a month to two months prior to the wedding

​

• Send final timeline to all vendors two weeks prior to the wedding

​

• Oversee vendor set up according to bride and groom’s specifications

​

• Act as the main point of contact for all vendors

​

• Coordinate food service with venue or caterer

​

• Display personal items for specialty tables, such as gift/card box, welcome table/guest book, welcome sign, pens, place cards, favors, cake table accessories, bar & other signage.

​

• Deliver all flowers to bridal party members, pin boutonnières for groom and groomsmen, and ensure other important family members receive flowers/corsages

​

• Ensure marriage license, rings, and other important items are on hand prior to processional and ceremony

​

• Assist all bridal party, family, and guests

​

• Coordinate sequence of events – processional, photography line up with bridal party and family members, bride and groom introduction, toasts, special dances, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss, bride and groom exit, etc.

• Provide a stocked emergency kit

​

• Deal with any unforeseen hiccups

​

• Assist with repacking of decorations and ensure all personal items and gifts/cards are given to your designated person​
